I witnessed a fantastic introductory lesson to Mrs. Tujetsch's kindergarden class regarding using Jolly Phonics.
Jolly Phonics is a fun, child-centered approach to teaching literacy. Mrs. Tujetsch was using the interactive whiteboard to get kids involved with their own learning and processing of letters and their sounds.
She did a fantastic job and all the kindergarten students were thoroughly engaged in their learning. It was fun to see them taking an active part. Technology is a great tool to get everyone involved. No matter the learning level.
